Christmas arrival, baby Judah, was three weeks old for his newborn session. I know his proud mommy from Stitch House Dorchester, a wonderful knit shop and community gathering spot in our area (where we sometimes set up portrait specials). With his mommy’s own love of knitting, and her many knitter-friends, Judah was well-adorned with cutie-pie baby hats. The color work on the hat he fell asleep is absolutely amazing (well beyond my casual knitter capabilities!). And, it brought out his lovely blue eyes as well.
Much as I love a good baby hat, my favorites of Judah are the ones where he’s wide awake–he’s already showing hints of a smile, even at a newborn session! And the baby fuzz on his sweet little head just makes you want to kiss him–as mommy and grandma (on a visit from Florida) were quite prone to do. Welcome to the world, little Judah! A pleasure to meet you!
