So far in 2010, all of my charming little clients have had blue eyes. Is there something in the water this year? Not that I’m complaining, because don’t they look incredible?! (And do we think there’s any chance my new little guy could come out with baby blues? Genetics suggest not likely… so he’ll break the streak soon!)
My session with Lucas and Ruth took place at their grandma’s house, where her blue carpet provided a fantastic backdrop. Lucas is just learning to balance himself upright, and was so amused by his new skills. His smile is just infectious! And those cheeks… my favorite is of him giving me the “my people will call your people” pose. Even his teething drool was adorable.
Ruth, age two, was full of energy… she’s a proud and loving big sister. Still, she loved having her own moment to model, showing me the best toys grandma’s house had to offer. My favorite of her is as she gazes out the window, showing me the birds and snow. I think we have a nature lover on our hands! You’re right, Ruth. I’m ready to get outside and play soon, too!
